Yoga therapy harnesses the tools and practices from yoga such as postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, relaxation and yoga philosophy. As a CNHC-registered yoga therapist, I’m qualified to work one-to-one with people, tailoring sessions to their specific needs.
Whether you’re managing a health condition or feeling stuck, we’ll create a holistic practice bespoke for you. All aspects of your being – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – are considered to help you live with greater wellness and ease.
We start with a detailed consultation and work on a plan together. Weekly sessions are advised.
